Built-up refrigerator was trial-produced
in 1982 with the foreign technology introduced by Mr. Jia
Renzhong, Chairman of Board, when he investigated in foreign
country. With the appraisal of the quality of product, it
has reached the world level, filled in gaps in refrigerating
and refreshing industry in China and meanwhile won the science
and technology progress award. The leaders of central authorities
set a high value on the development of product and made an

With importing the high-pressure foaming injection machine
made by Italy CMS, the quality of products has ranked in leading
place in domestic same industry.

of built-up refrigerator, with stainless steel, color steel
plate and fiberglass reinforced plastics as face plate and
polyurethane composite plate as housing, is applied in refrigerating
meat, aquatic product, eggs, dairy products, cold drink, fruits,
vegetables, etc. It is an ideal save-energy equipment for
cryogenic experiment in industry raw maternal. The products

The refrigerator can take freon (R22、R502) as cold-producing
medium or support all sizes of ammonia equipment. It is widely
used for refrigeration of meat, aquatic products, eggs, dairy
products, cold drink, fruits, vegetables, eatable mushroom,
medicines, industry raw materials, etc.
The body of refrigerator adopts fastening connection with
the built-in and pre-embedded parts. It is easy for mounting
and dismounting and convenient for handling. The time used
for assembly is only 1/30 or 1/20 of normal-construction cold
storage. In general, medium- or small-sized refrigerator can
be used for 3 – 5 days. The four kinds of face plate of built-up
refrigerator can be chosen. They are fiberglass reinforced
plastics, color steel plate, embossing aluminum plate and
stainless steel. The heat-insulation plate is made of hard
polyurethane composite plate or polystyrene composite plate
(EPS). It has the advantage of light, high strength, anti-corrosion,
anti-ageing and good heat-shielding performance.

| · Novel materials: |
The cool storage adopts
(glass reinforced fiber, stainless steel and color steel
plates) as panels, as well as advanced compound materials
as heat preservation materials to make compound wall.
With light weight, high strength, good heat insulation
(λ≤0.024Kcal/m,h,℃), anti-corrosive, aging-resistant
(glass reinforced fiber shall be aged after being immersed
in East Sea for 15 years), mothproof, non-poisonous
and non-mould, it can show its advantages fully especially
under super low temperature. Our cold storage filled
a gap in field of cold storage in the country. |

and preserving heat: |
As the cold storage has excellent
features, it has fast speed to lower temperature and
long time to keep temperature. Compared with other cold
storages, it can save energy 30 - 40%. |

Walls of the cold storage are produced
professionally. Being formed in series they have strong
interchangeability. With various sizes, they can provide
customers convenience to make full use of existing fields
and structural spaces. |

| · Easy Assembling
and Disassembling: |
All walls are connected with built-in
buckles inside so they are easy to assemble and disassemble.
As assembling time is short, the installation period
is only 1/3 - 1/20 of that of cold storage with earth
construction. For small and medium-sized cold storage,
normally it only takes 3 to 5 days for delivery. It
is specially suitable for army forces, mobile factories
and mines as well as units in remote regions. |

| · Wide Adaptability: |
The cold storage divides into three
grades, namely L, D and J with storage temperatures
of 5～-5℃, -10℃～-18℃ and -18℃～-23℃, and temperature below
-30℃ is also available for special need. They can meet
different requirement to store meats, aquatic products,
poultry and eggs, milk products, fruits and vegetables
under low temperature test, and are widely used in various
departments in every industry and trade. |
